Bulut was born in 1975 in Ankara. He graduated from Construction Engineering Department, Engineering and Architecture Faculty, Balıkesir University in 1999. He completed his military service after graduation and started to work in the building audit sector. He started to work as a valuation expert in De-Ga Real Estate Valuation and Consultancy in 2007.
Özgür AKDOĞAN BULUT obtained Real Estate Valuation Licence from Capital Markets Board in 2013 and worked in numerous real estate valuation, development and feasibility of various structures. He took over D Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. Firm in March 2020 and he was been working as a “Senior Valuation Expert/General Director”. He is married, has 1 child and lives in Istanbul.
Tolan was born in 1968 in İstanbul. He graduated from Urban and Regional Planning, Faculty of Architecture, Mimar Sinan University in 1989 and completed, Urban Planning Master’s, Urban Planning Department, Institute of Science, Mimar Sinan University in 1992. He completed his military service after graduation and has worked as an urban planner in various construction plans in Yapı Üretim Organizasyon firm since 2005. He left De-Ga Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. firm in 2013 and worked as a solution partner for numerous real estate valuation, development and feasibility of different structures since 2020. He took over D Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. Firm in March 2020 and he was been working as a “Senior Valuation Expert/General Director Assistant”. He is married, has 1 child and lives in Istanbul.
She graduated from the Public Administration Department, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Science, Sakarya University in 2004. She started her career in 2004 in Dışbank and she worked in Oyakbank between 2005-2007. She entered the sector as a valuation expert in 2007 in Anadolu Corporate Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. firm and worked as a valuation expert in De-Ga Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. between 2009-2012. She worked as a solution partner for numerous real estate valuation projects between 2012-2016 and started to work as Marmara Regional Director in Referans Group Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. in 2016. She left this position in 2017 and started to work as Report Control Director until the end of 2018 Harmoni Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.. She was assigned as Istanbul Regional Director in June 2020 in Cls Corporate Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. and she undertook the “Valuation Director” position in October 2020 in D Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.. She is married, has 1 child and lives in Istanbul.
